  • Meals Are Prepared

    Every week, we issue a meal prep menu with varying calorie counts. Meals are prepared in our kitchen in Qawra, flash frozen instantly to preserve structure & nutrients. On Thursdays at noon we close orders for the coming week and we start going through the meals to sort them by order.

  • Based on Your Needs

    Your meals are chosen from the menu on this page based on your needs. First we have a look at what you can't eat based on your dietary requirements and taste preferences. We then choose the meals for you based on your calorie intake, making sure to provide you with a varied pack.

  • Delivered Weekly

    Meals are delivered on a weekly basis on Friday afternoons. We suggest thawing your meals in the fridge for 24 hours before re-heating. Meals can be paired (lunch and dinner) as you wish however we recommend pairing the higher calorie ones with the lower calorie ones on all plans.
