While we always aim to meet the target calorie range, some customised plans may vary slightly due to dietary restrictions.
Ordering & Delivery
Meal prep orders close every Thursday at noon for delivery on Friday afternoon. Deliveries for certain outlying locations are done on Thursday evening - this is always communicated beforehand with the client.
Free delivery is included with all meal prep orders.
For discounted subscription plans, deliveries are made every second Friday (or Thursday) throughout your subscription (two week's worth delivered at once every 2 Fridays).
If you need to skip a week (for travel or other reasons), simply let us know at least 5 days in advance, and we'll extend your subscription accordingly.
