Shipping policy

Delivery is free on all orders exceeding €30, excluding fresh party/finger food items and takeaway items. Free deliveries are carried out on Fridays between 12:00pm and 6:00pm only.

For certain outlying areas, including but not limited to Birżebbuġa, Marsascala, Zabbar, Mellieħa, Ċirkewwa and similar locations, deliveries may instead be carried out on Thursdays by prior agreement with the client.

Unless otherwise communicated directly by us, all deliveries are automatically scheduled for Friday afternoon.

Due to varying numbers of deliveries, traffic conditions, roadworks and different delivery locations, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time within the 6-hour Friday delivery window. If neither you nor a designated person is available to accept delivery during this timeframe, free collection from our store in Qawra is available instead.

All deliveries are made to the door/ground floor only. For safety reasons, we do not enter buildings, houses, apartments or other private premises.

Delivery will be attempted once per order. If the order is not collected within 5 minutes of the driver’s arrival, it will be left at the door where possible. If this is not possible, the order will be returned to our store for collection within three working days. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive the delivery.

If an order is not collected, all deposits and payments made will be retained and the order will be cancelled.

A premium delivery service is also available for a €15 fee. Premium deliveries are completed within 10 working hours and include a narrower 2-hour delivery timeframe with live courier tracking.

In the event that none of the options work for you we have now included an option which you can select at checkout in which we will call you to see if we can find an alternative. 

Deliveries in Gozo are done on a monthly basis. Should you wish for a weekly delivery to Gozo, get in touch so we can set you up with a third party courier. 

Deliveries for special event orders (party/finger food), outside catering, corporate meals ect are discussed with the client & quoted on a case by case basis.
