Step 1:

Choose any dietary requirements you might have. 

Step 2: 

Choose you preferred average calorie intake. 

Step 3: 

'Add to Cart' the amount of meals you'd like to order. 

Step 4:

Go to cart and specify if there's any particular meal or ingredient you would like to be left out of the plan in the 'order special instructions' box in your cart.

Our meals are delivered fully cooked & flash frozen - delivered frozen so you only need to thaw, re-heat & eat. 

Build your own plan costs €7.50 per meal. Delivery is free on 5 meals or more only.

Kindly note that on some plans especially those with special dietary requirements & eliminated ingredients some meals may be repeated and we might not be able to align to your calorie intake.

Meal prep order for the week close the previous Thursday at noon and are delivered for free Friday afternoons. Learn more about our delivery policy here.
