How it works:
Our classes our based on a weight management manual which we have developed with the help of several professionals in the field & also based on our 7 year experience in the meal prep business.
You can opt to buy just the manual, sent to you via e-mail in pdf format along with print out templates which you can use to help you throughout your weight management journey or you can sign up to our one on one classes.
Personalised manuals are sent within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Our classes are delivered either online or in-person at your own place or a place of your choosing. Home visits sessions carry a €5 surcharge per session (already included in the listed price) and include print outs to help you during your classes. Online classes are done on skype, facetime or zoom.
Classes are one hour each and held on a first come first served basis on Saturdays, Mondays & Weekdays (Tue - Fri, evenings only). When we receive your order/booking from here, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your classes.
A holistic approach:
Rather than just looking at weight management from a single angle - that of the kitchen & dieting, our classes take a holistic approach by integrating the judicious use of supplements, tips about exercise, mental health, menstruation (if applicable), lifestyle and all other factors which effect your weight.
What will I learn?
Our classes, whilst taking a holistic approach, still focus mainly on healthy meal preparation. In your manual, you will find a personalised chart from which you can choose options to build your meals based on your goals. This will enable you to build your 'meal plan' with our guidance. Apart from that:
- You will learn how to create healthier versions of your favourite recipes.
- You will earn how to read nutritional labels and how to make judicious choices based on these labels.
- You will learn about how much food you actually need to be consuming to reach your goals.
- You will learn balance - we do not provide just the healthy options here - physical health is important - but so is mental health and what's life without a little treat?
- You will learn about the importance of tracking your own progress.
- You will learn about the different types of exercise and how you do not necessarily need to sign up to a gym to get moving.
- You will learn about some of the different types of supplements available and also get a recommendation of what we think works best for you.
- You will learn how other factors such as menstruation effect your weight.

When visiting payment page, kindly note that 'cash on delivery' option is not valid for online sessions or when opting for the manual only.
Want to sign up with a friend? Whilst we recommend doing this individually to have a more personalised approach, you can do these classes with someone else. There is no extra charge apart from the €20 for their own personalised manual as long as classes will be held together.
