Our recipe for healthy, seeded bread, now sold in mix form so you can make your own gluten free creations!
Just add water, yeast, olive oil & salt!
Ingredients:
GF Bread Flour (corn starch, rice flour, rice starch, dried corn sourdough, vegetable fibers: psyllium, citrus fruits and inulin; sugar, dextrose (from corn), thickener: hydroxy-ipropyl-methylcellulose; sunflower seeds 3%, hulled millet seeds 3%, brown linseeds 2%, red quinoa seeds 2%, chia seeds 0.8%, salt and flavourings).

Manufactured in an environment in which celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts are handled.
Nutritional Information per 100g as sold:
Energy 1570kj / 369kcal, Fat 0.37g, of which saturates 0.1g, Carbohydrates 89g, of which sugars 4.6g, Fibre 5.3g, Protein 2.51g, Salt 0.43g.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix 400ml tepid water with 3g dried yeast. Allow to rest until water starts bubbling. Add slowly to 500g NVKED Bread Mix. Knead in the planetary until a dough is obtained. Add 10g salt and 20g olive oil. Knead until well combined. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Using well oiled hands weigh the dough (makes for 9 x 100g bread pieces) and shape the breads as you desire. Allow to rise for 4 hours in a warm environment or until doubled in size. Brush with olive oil and bake in a pre heated oven at 190C for 21-24 minutes. Cooking time may vary according to oven. Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place until best before date on the packet.
