The Lean Lunch Plan consists of 5 pre-prepared calorie controlled meals which average at a maximum of 400 calories per meal. This plan is perfect for people who are looking to reduce their calorie intake.
Plan is customisable according to your tastes & any dietary requirements.
For special dietary requirements simply select any special dietary requirements you have from the options above.
To indicate any taste preferences, after adding your order to cart simply go to cart and let us know of any ingredients you can't have in the 'order special instructions' box!
To add any extra meals to your plan, choose the 'Build Your Own Plan' & add the amount of extra meals you need to your cart.
Our meals are delivered fully cooked & flash frozen - delivered frozen so you only need to thaw, re-heat & eat.

Kindly note that by on some plans especially those with special dietary requirements & eliminated ingredients some meals may be repeated and we might not be able to align to your calorie intake.
Meal prep order for the week close the previous Thursday at noon and are delivered for free Friday afternoons. Learn more about our delivery policy here.
For discounted long term subscriptions, delivery is every Friday afternoon for the duration of the subscription. If you wish to skip a week due to travel ect and have it at the end of the subscription, kindly let us know a minimum 5 day before.
