Challenge includes:
1 Day Detox (includes 2x high fibre, gut healthy meals)
1 Day Energy Boost (this is to be taken on day 5 - it includes 2x higher energy meals)
16x chef prepared, cooked & frozen meals (just thaw, re-heat & eat!)
10x healthy, low calorie snacks
1x 300g bag Belgian chocolate trail mix
1x bag of homemade granola (Almond & Peanut Butter Cacao OR Honey, Fruit & Nut OR Keto Coconut & Strawberry).
Challenge is based on a 1,300 calorie diet for efficient yet healthy & sustainable slimming.
The Plan:
Breakfast: 30g granola (suggested to be taken with 100ml skimmed or 200ml plant based milk OR 120g 0% fat greek yoghurt - you can also add 1 fruit portion here).
Morning Snack: 25g Belgian chocolate trail mix
Lunch: 1 healthy, low calorie meal (for day 1, meal is labelled as a 'detox meal'. For day 5 the meal is packed separately.)
Afternoon Snack: 1 sweet snack provided.
Dinner: 1 healthy, low calorie meal (for day 1, meal is labelled as a 'detox meal'. For day 5 the meal is packed separately.)

- While we always aim to meet the target calorie range, some customised plans may vary slightly due to dietary restrictions.
- Afternoon snacks are packed by weight after an average calorie count has been taken from your meals, this means that in order to perfectly align the calories portion sizes for the snacks may vary.
Ordering & Delivery

Challenge orders close every Thursday at noon for delivery on Friday afternoon. Deliveries for certain outlying locations are done on Thursday evening - this is always communicated beforehand with the client.

Free delivery is included with challenge orders. An extra delivery option is available if freezer space is limited for a €15 charge. See below to check if you have enough space.

Freezer Space
- Apart from detox & high calorie meals, our boxes are rectangular 750ml 11cm by 16cm and 5cm high.
- 20 boxes can comfortably fit in a 35cm by 35cm and 22cm high freezer drawer, fitting an extra 5 meals per 5cm extra height.
- For detox & high calorie meals, sizes of boxes are always 750ml however measurements may vary from the above. Get in touch so we can let you know what size boxes we'll be supplying in any particular week.
