A 3-day high fibre detox, this challenge aims to help your digestive system clean itself from the inside whilst keeping a calorie deficit to kick start (or boost) weight loss!
Plan includes:
3 day detox (3x high fibre, gut healthy lunches, 3x lite high fibre, high protein, very low calorie, gut healthy dinners)
3x homemade protein bars
Plan is based on a 950 calorie diet for a quick weight loss boost. Whilst our other plans are meant to be sustainable for the long term with a higher calorie intake, this one is meant for a quick boost and not for the long term as calories are very low. We highly recommend repeating this challenge a maximum of once every 7 days.
The Plan:
The FAST: We recommend fasting between the hours of 8pm and 12pm (16:8).
Lunch (12pm): 1 detox lunch meal
Snack (3pm): 1 NVKED Protein Bar
Dinner: 1 lite detox dinner meal

Detox orders close every Thursday at noon for delivery on Friday afternoon. Deliveries for certain outlying locations are done on Thursday evening - this is always communicated beforehand with the client.
