Made with lots of love & a mixture of nuts, wintery spices & dried fruit which has soaked in brandy for weeks. Cake is topped with more dried fruit & nuts!

Ingredients:

Dates, Almonds, Maple Syrup, Hazelnuts, Coconut, Walnuts, Raisins, Cranberries (cranberry, sugar, sulphates), Apricot (apricot, sugar, sulphates), Fig, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Brandy, Himalayan Salt.
