Our PEP+ Meal Plan has been specially designed for people who prefer lighter meals, have a reduced appetite, or are following GLP-1 / peptide medications.

Each day includes:

✔ 1 High Protein Snack Bar

All meals are chef prepared, fully cooked, flash frozen, and designed to provide balanced nutrition in smaller portions.

On this plan we avoid very strong flavours and heavily spiced foods, making this plan ideal for those who prefer gentler meals and/or are on medications which slow gastric emptying.

After adding your plan to cart, use the "Order Special Instructions" box to tell us:

We select your meals based on your instructions and the weekly menu.

Ready in Minutes
All meals are fully cooked, flash frozen, and delivered frozen. Simply thaw, heat, and enjoy.

Please Note

• Plans with any special dietary requirement or ingredient exclusions may include repeated meals.
  
• While we always aim to meet the target calorie range, some customised plans may vary slightly due to dietary restrictions.

Ordering & Delivery

• Meal prep orders close every Thursday at noon for delivery on Friday afternoon. Deliveries for certain outlying locations are done on Thursday evening - this is always communicated beforehand with the client.
• Free delivery is included with all meal prep orders exceeding €40.
• Pick up can be done between Tuesdays and Fridays from our shop in Qawra.

Freezer Space

• Our boxes are rectangular 750ml 11cm by 16cm and 5cm high.
• 10 boxes can comfortably fit in a 35cm by 35cm and 10cm high freezer drawer, fitting an extra 5 meals per 5cm extra height.
