Our Figgy Pudding, made into small bite sized truffles! 

Made with lots of love & a mixture of nuts, wintery spices & dried fruit which has soaked in brandy for weeks. Truffles are topped with cashew frosting!

Ingredients:

Dates, Figs, Almonds, Maple Syrup, Hazelnuts, Coconut, Walnuts, Raisins, Cranberries (cranberry, sugar, sulphates), Apricot (apricot, sugar, sulphates), Cashew Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Oil, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Brandy, Himalayan Salt.
