Our signature Diabetic Prinjolata, this is our sugar and gluten free take on a classic, made with our homemade almond shortbread biscuit, drizzled with pure Belgian Callebaut sugar free chocolate! 

A mix of homemade biscuit, nuts & coconut cream with pure Belgian chocolate chips, coated in our coconut salted caramel frosting, drizzled with more chocolate & !

Ingredients:

Shortbread Biscuit (almonds, butter, erythritol, natural vanilla flavouring), Coconut Cream, Diabetic Belgian Chocolate (maltitol, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), Egg White, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pine Nuts, Pistachios, Coconut Flour, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Gingerbread Spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, black pepper), Psyllium Husk Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salted Caramel Flavoured Fibre Syrup, Xanthan Gum, Himalayan Salt.
