Our signature Diabetic Christmas log, this is our sugar and gluten free take on a classic, made with our homemade almond shortbread biscuit, covered in pure Belgian Callebaut sugar free chocolate!
A mix of homemade biscuit, nuts & coconut cream with pure Belgian chocolate chips & coating!
Ingredients:
Shortbread Biscuit (almonds, butter, erythritol, natural vanilla flavouring), Coconut Cream, Diabetic Belgian Chocolate (maltitol, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut Flour, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Gingerbread Spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, black pepper), Himalayan Salt.
