Ingredients:

Gluten Free Brioche Pastry (eggs, corn starch, rice starch, sugar, dextrose, thickeners: xanthan gum, hydroxy-ipropyl-methicellulose; vegetable fibre: psyllium; dehydrated glucose, pea protein, stabilizer: sorbitol, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; aromas, water, yeast, vegetable oil [palm, rapeseed], e471, salt), Candied Peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide, citric acid), Sultanas, Rice Flour, Honey, Water, Xanthan Gum, Salt.
